Drive Safety Forward

The year 2020 marks the 32nd anniversary of CAPHO's Conference, a tremendous milestone for oncology pharmacy practice in Canada. Over the past 32 years we have worked to build a culture of safety and this continues to be vitally important. The Conference (#CAPhOCon20) theme will emphasize practical strategies participants can use to keep our patients and teams “safe”. The goal to deliver quality care that results in better health, and safe, effective outcomes for patients is at the heart of our work. Equally important is the goal to provide safe working environments for those tasked with delivering this care. The theme of safety will be woven in through a variety of engaging educational keynotes, presentations, and small group discussions where experience, insights and expertise will be shared amongst peers. The conference will provide a wonderful opportunity to network with your colleagues across Canada and develop new connections and friendships.
