Preceptor / Mentorship Award

This award was established to recognize a CAPhO member who has promoted oncology pharmacy through mentorship or preceptorship and/or who has sought student engagement within the profession. The award is available annually and consists of a $500 cash reward, a certificate and a $2,000 travel grant to participate in the annual CAPhO Conference. For the 2026 recipient, the travel grant will be to attend CAPhO Conference 2026.
