What's New for Membership Renewal?
CAPhO's membership period is either 12 months or 36 months so you can join at any time of the year. For example, if you join on March 12, your 12-month membership will expire on March 11 of the following year.

Fees are due in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and exclude applicable GST/HST. You can choose to pay with debit or credit card.

Active members are pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, pharmacy assistants or healthcare professionals (including academics) who support the goals and objectives of CAPhO and pay fees to the Association. Only active members are eligible to be nominated for election, vote or stand for election in the Association.

First-year membership complimentary!
Students receive a complimentary membership for the first year and pay a reduced fee for subsequent years. Students receive access to all member benefits and all member communications, except for holding a Board of Directors position. Students are defined as follows:
- A pharmacist student is enrolled in a school, faculty or college of pharmacy in Canada that confers academic qualifications, the completion of which is a prerequisite for practice of pharmacy in a province or territory of Canada
- A technical / assistant student is enrolled in an accredited community college pharmacy technician or pharmacy assistant program
- A graduate student is enrolled in graduate studies related to oncology pharmacy including an oncology pharmacy residency, Pharm D program, or other post baccalaureate pharmacy training programs
Proof of student status is required to receive student membership. Proof consists of a copy of the student's ID or a letter from the student's institution Registrar verifying student status. This will be required during the registration process and can be uploaded as either a JPEG or PDF document.
- Supporting Member definition

A supporting member is an individual who supports the objectives of and pays fees to the Association but is ineligible for other membership categories. A supporting member is ineligible to vote, does not receive the CAPhO Conference registration discount, and is not a pharmacist, a pharmacy technician, a pharmacy assistant or a pharmacy student.

CAPhO Member registration fees are available to those who have been an active member for at least 14 months prior to the dates of the CAPhO Conference. CAPhO Member registrations will be verified, and the difference will be charged if a registrant does not qualify for the member's rate.
