The Canadian Association of Pharmacy in Oncology (CAPhO) is the national forum for oncology pharmacists and other health care professionals interested in oncology pharmacy.

Through the annual CAPhO Conference and other initiatives, we promote the practice of oncology pharmacy in Canada. We conduct educational events, maintain professional practice standards, facilitate communication between oncology pharmacists and other interested health professionals and advocate for oncology pharmacy as an area of specialty practice.

Oncology Essentials - Drug Interactions Program

As the medication management expert on your health care team, improve your knowledge and skills to better manage drug interactions through CAPhO’s Drug Interactions Program. Phases 1 and 2 are live. Phase 3, the Live Workshop, will be held during the CAPhO Conference 2019.

CAPhO’s Oncology Fundamentals Day for Technicians (OFDTech19) will take place on Saturday, February 9, 2019 from 10:00 to 15:05 EST. Sessions are streamed online so you can attend the event live from wherever you are.

The third annual Oncology Fundamentals Day (OFD) took place on Saturday, September 22, 2018 and was another great success for CAPhO. Over 180 people registered for this full day online conference focusing on foundational oncology education.
