CAPhO Conference 2027
The CAPhO Conference 2027 takes place from April 22 to 25, 2027 at the Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth, in Montréal, Québec. Join us in Montréal for leading edge education to advance your oncology pharmacy practice and knowledge.
This year's theme, "True North: Guided by Evidence, Driven by Care", reflects a commitment to making clinical decisions that are guided by both scientific evidence and empathy. Like the True North, which provides a reliable point of direction, evidence serves as our foundation, guiding us through increasingly complex healthcare environments. At the same time, care remains the driving force behind our work, shaping every interaction and outcome for our patients.
In a landscape of rapidly evolving information, one of our greatest responsibilities is to distinguish clinically meaningful evidence from misleading information and translate knowledge into actions that improve patient outcomes. Every clinical decision is strengthened by a commitment to both facts and compassion, ensuring that care remains at the heart of our work.
Our True North reminds us that while evidence guides our way, care ensures every step matters!
