Colleen graduated with a Pharmacy Technician Certificate from SIAST in 1998 and started her career with the Royal University Hospital pharmacy department in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan the same year. She has worked as an oncology pharmacy technician at the Saskatoon Cancer Centre since 2004 and moved to a senior technician position in 2009. Colleen is also the Co-chairperson of the Occupational Health and Safety Committee at the Cancer Centre.

Tina Crosbie is a clinical hematology pharmacist at The Ottawa Hospital's ambulatory hematology unit. With over 25 years of experience, she counsels patients diagnosed with lymphoma, multiple myeloma, and acute and chronic leukemia. For the past six years, Tina is also a hematology pharmacist at Extend Pharmacy; a community oncology-focused pharmacy. Here she supports patients in managing their take-home anti-cancer therapy. Tina’s research aims to optimize drug administration and enhance patient education. She evaluates pharmacy education programs for CCCEP and volunteers her time for CAPhO, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, and Myeloma Canada.

Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy form the Faculty of Pharmacy at the University of Montreal in 1991; Hospital Pharmacy Diploma form the Faculty of Pharmacy at the University of Montreal in 1992. Working as a pharmacist since 1992 at the McGill University Health Center at The Royal Victoria Hospital and Cedars Cancer Center. Working as a pharmacist at the ambulatory oncology clinic since 1994. Working as a pharmacist on inpatient hematology-oncology and Stem-cell transplant unit from 1994 until 2015. President of The Regroupement des pharmaciens ayant un intérêt en oncologie (RPO) de l’APESQ (Association des Pharmaciens en Établissement de Santé du Québec) 2002-2005. President of CAPHO (Canadian Association of Pharmacy in Oncology) 2006-2007. Recipient of the CAPhO Distinguished Service Award in 2013.

I graduated from Memorial University in 2010 and then moved to Calgary to complete a pharmacy residency with a focus in oncology. Since that time I have been working as a clinical pharmacist in the BMT program at the Tom Baker Cancer Centre and served as the interim clinical research pharmacist in the hematology, oncology and transplant clinic at Alberta Children’s Hospital. I am currently a Clinical Practice Leader for ambulatory oncology and rural pharmacy teams and Vice President of CAPhO. I have an interest in survivorship and enjoy participating in research projects with the BMT long term follow-up clinic.
