Member registration fees are available to those who have been an active member for at least 14 months prior to the dates of the CAPhO Conference, with the offer that this requirement is waived if a 3-year membership is purchased.

Registration Fees

All registration fees are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and subject to 5% General Sales Tax (GST).

Early Bird rates are available until Wednesday, February 25, 2026. Registrants who pay their registration fee after Wednesday, February 25, 2026 will be charged the regular registration fees.

You have the option of registering for the Conference, as well as for Workshops. The registration fees for each event are below.

Full Conference registration fees include admission to:  

  • Educational sessions

  • CAPhO Town Hall Meeting
  • Sponsored Symposia on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday
  • Saturday’s Networking Event: “A Prairie Gathering - Celebrating 30 years of CAPhO”
  • Exhibit Hall and Poster Displays
  • Welcome Reception on Friday
  • Breakfasts on Saturday and Sunday
  • Networking Lunch on Saturday
  • Yoga, Walking and Running Group on Saturday

Daily attendance is available on Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday and includes Educational Sessions and Food and Beverage functions on the day of attendance except the Saturday’s Networking Event: “A Prairie Gathering - Celebrating 30 years of CAPhO”.

Saturday’s Networking Event: “A Prairie Gathering - Celebrating 30 years of CAPhO” tickets for guests and daily registrants are available at the cost of $150 plus 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST) per person and can be purchased during the online registration process (subject to availability).  

Methods of Payment

All fees are due in Canadian dollars (CAD). CAPhO Conference or CAPhO Conf will appear as the vendor on your debit or credit card statement. Accepted method of payments are Debit Card (Visa Debit, Debit MasterCard and Maestro) or Credit Card (American Express, MasterCard and Visa).

Cancellation, Refund and Substitution Policy

Conference and Saturday’s Networking Event: “A Prairie Gathering - Celebrating 30 years of CAPhO”
Refunds for Conference registrations and Saturday’s Networking Event: “A Prairie Gathering - Celebrating 30 years of CAPhO” guest tickets are available until Wednesday, February 25, 2026 and are subject to a cancellation administration fee of $100 per registration and $50 per ticket. As of Thursday, February 26, 2026, no refunds will be provided, however substitutions can be made until midnight PDT on Friday, April 17, 2026.  
 
Workshops
There are no refunds for cancellations for Workshops; however, substitutions can be made until midnight PDT on Friday, April 17, 2026.
 
All cancellations or substitution requests must be received in writing by the Conference Management Office at register@capho.org. Substitutions must be made at an equal or lesser registration category. No refunds will be issued for substitutions.
 
Individuals take part in the CAPhO Conference and/or Workshop at their own risk and are responsible for their own health and travel insurance arrangements.

  • Onsite Registration Opens: Thursday, April 23, 2026, in Saskatoon
