Welcome Reception

The Welcome Reception takes place on Friday, April 24 in the evening amongst the exhibits and posters in the Exhibit and Poster Hall. Come and meet the Conference sponsors, poster presenters and many of your peers in a casual atmosphere! All Conference participants are welcome to attend. Participation is included in your registration fee. 

Networking Lunch

The Networking Lunch takes place on Saturday, April 25 in the Exhibit and Poster Hall. Enjoy a buffet lunch and meet the Conference sponsors, poster presenters and your peers. All Conference participants are welcome to attend. Participation is included in your registration fee.

Fun Run / Walk and Yoga

Unwind with an energizing evening Run, Walk or Yoga session on Saturday, April 25 from 17:15 to 18:00. Join colleagues for a relaxed and social wellness break. All fitness levels are welcome! Indicate your participation during the registration process or email register@cappho.org.

Saturday's Networking Event

Join us on Saturday, April 25 for a Prairie Gathering to celebrate 30 years of CAPhO at the Remai Modern Museum. Enjoy an evening of connection and celebration with colleagues from across the country, complemented by refreshments, light fare and entertainment in a vibrant and inspiring setting. Participation is included in most registration fees.
