Guest Room Rates
Special conference rates have been arranged for CAPhO Conference 2027 participants:
- Fairmont Room: $299 CAD per night
- Fairmont View Room: $329 CAD per night
- Junior Suite: $399 CAD per night
Maximum occupancy is four (4) adults per room. An additional charge of $40 CAD per night applies for each extra adult sharing the room. Children aged 18 years and under staying in the same room as their parents may stay at no additional charge.
Rates are quoted in Canadian dollars, per room, per night and are subject to 18.475% applicable taxes and fees (currently 5% GST, 9.975% QST and 3.5% lodging tax).
Guest room rates include access to the hotel's fitness centre, indoor pool and conference facilities available to hotel guests.
Check In / Check Out Details
Check-in is available after 16:00 ET and check-out is by noon ET. Guests arriving before check-in time will be accommodated as rooms become available. Baggage storage is available through the hotel for guests arriving early or departing later in the day.
Hotel Cancellation Policy
Changes or cancellations may be made without penalty 24 hour prior to your arrival date. After this time, the full value of the booking will be charged for cancellations or for any nights cancelled.
