Guest Room Rates

The Conference discounted rate for King and Queen size guestrooms is $189 CAD. King rooms accommodate up to two guests, while Queen rooms accommodate up to four. The rate is per room per night, exclusive of 14.3% fees and taxes (5% GST, 6% PST and 3.30% Destination Marketing Fee) and includes access to the meeting rooms, fitness centre, indoor swimming pool and related facilities for all guests of the hotel.

Optional Services

  • Self-parking: $15.95 CAD per night per vehicle, excluding 11% tax (5% GST, 6% PST). Subject to change without notice.
  • Pets: Dogs and cats are welcome. A non-refundable fee of CAD $70 per stay applies for stays of 1-4 nights. For stays of 5 nights or more, the fee is CAD $100 per stay. Maximum of 2 pets, with a combined weight limit of 75 lbs.

Check In / Check Out Details

Check-in time is after 15:00 and check-out is by noon. Guests arriving earlier will be accommodated as rooms become available. The hotel front desk can arrange baggage storage for early arrivals when rooms are not yet ready.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Changes or cancellations may be made without penalty until 23:59 CST on the day prior to your arrival date. After this time, the full value of the booking will be charged for cancellations or for any nights cancelled.
