Michael Collins is a practicing hospital pharmacist, educator, and pharmacy residency leader with a clinical background in oncology and acute care. A member of the first graduating class at the University of Waterloo, School of Pharmacy in 2011, he completed a hospital pharmacy residency at Hamilton Health Sciences in 2012, and earned his Doctor of Pharmacy in 2015.
Clinically, Michael practices as an oncology pharmacist at the Waterloo Regional Health Network (WRHN) Cancer Center, in Kitchener, Ontario. He also serves as the Hospital Pharmacy Residency Coordinator at WRHN. At the University of Waterloo, he supports experiential education as a Regional Clinical Coordinator and Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor.
