Afomia Gebre graduated from Dalhousie’s College of Pharmacy in 2020 and shortly after completed a hospital residency through the Nova Scotia Health Authority. She is currently working as a hospital pharmacist at the Qikiqtani General Hospital in Iqaluit. Outside of Pharmacy, Afomia is mainly involved in working with and advocating for members of equity seeking groups.
