Teresa Hennessey is a seasoned pharmacy professional based in Edmonton, Alberta, with experience across acute care, community, and specialty pharmacy settings. She brings a unique blend of hands-on expertise and strategic leadership, having contributed to the development of pharmacy policies and practices at both local and national levels. Teresa uses her comprehensive understanding of hazardous drug handling to lead operational and quality improvement initiatives that enhance safety and compliance. She believes that awareness of technical standards and a safety-conscious culture are essential to protecting both patients and pharmacy teams. Outside of work, Teresa enjoys spending time with her family and proudly supports her children's activities, from cheering on the sidelines to helping them pursue their passions.
