Guest Room Rates

The Conference discounted rate for King size guestrooms is $164 CAD. Each room includes a sofa bed and can accommodate up to four guests. The rate is per room per night, exclusive of 14% fees and taxes (5% GST, 6% PST and 3% Destination Marketing Fee) and includes access to the lounge, fitness center, indoor swimming pool and related facilities for all guests of the hotel. 

Optional Services

  • Self-parking: $20 CAD per night per vehicle, excluding 11% tax (5% GST, 6% PST). Parking access is removed at 14:00 on the day of check out.
  • Pets: Pets are allowed, with restrictions. A fee of $20 CAD per night applies. Pets left unattended in guestrooms must be kenneled. When in public areas, pets must be carried, caged or kept on a short leash.

Check In / Check Out Details

Check-in time is after 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. 

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Canceling your reservation before 18:00 CST two days prior to your scheduled check-in date will result in no charge. Canceling your reservation between 18:00 CST two days prior and 18:00 on the day of check-in will result in a charge for the first night per room to your credit card or other guaranteed payment method.
