CAPhO Conference 2026
CAPhO Conference 2026 took place April 23-26 at the TCU Place in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. The Conference theme, “Expanding Horizons in the Land of Living Skies”, reflected Saskatchewan’s vast landscapes and ever-changing skies, symbolizing innovation, possibility and a commitment to advancing oncology pharmacy practice.
Known as the “Land of Living Skies,” Saskatchewan’s expansive horizons served as a powerful metaphor for the future of cancer care. With ongoing advancements in technology, precision medicine and collaborative practice models, oncology pharmacy professionals continue to expand their scope and impact. The CAPhO Conference 2026 inspired participants to embrace these opportunities, pushing boundaries to improve patient outcomes and support excellence in care.
In 2026, CAPhO proudly celebrated its 30-year anniversary, marking an important milestone for the Association and its community. This was highlighted during the “Sky’s the Limit” Saturday Social Event at Remai Modern, where participants gathered to connect and celebrate, featuring First Nations and Ukrainian Ballet Ensemble performances that reflected local culture and community.
The Conference delivered a dynamic and impactful program of clinical and technical sessions. Participants:

- shared best practices and strategies to enhance patient outcomes
- collaborated and connected with colleagues from across Canada

Conference registrants have access to Conference recordings via the CAPhO 2026 Platform for 3 months following the Conference end date before the resources are moved to the CAPhO website. If the registrants are CAPhO members, they will be able to view recordings after the 3-month period on the CAPhO website.
