Dear Healthcare Professional,

You are invited to participate in a self-learning CCCEP-accredited program titled Foundations in AML: Supporting Patients through the Treatment Journey, designed to deepen the understanding of AML treatment phases and clinical decision-making of pharmacists and nurses. This program aims to build practical insight to support effective multidisciplinary care and strengthen patient and caregiver support across the AML care continuum.

Engage in an interactive learning experience featuring patient cases, learning checkpoints and expert perspectives with video presentations from the scientific planning committee.

Learning Objectives:

  • Describe the phases of AML treatment, including diagnostic and clinical features that guide therapeutic decisions
  • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to manage and monitor patients with AML throughout different stages of treatment
  • Counsel and support patients and their caregivers throughout the AML care journey
