Preceptor / Mentorship Award

This award was established to recognize a CAPhO member who has promoted oncology pharmacy through mentorship or preceptorship and/or who has sought student engagement within the profession. The award is available annually and consists of a $500 cash reward, a certificate and a $2,000 to participate in the annual CAPhO Conference.
