Happy New Year CAPhO Members!

The CAPhO Executive has started out the New Year with a retreat in Calgary. Our annual fall retreat was postponed from November 2015 to January for personal reasons. The weekend started out with an Executive meeting on Friday afternoon. This year there are several Executive Chairpersons who have come to the end of their three-year terms.Thanks to Roxanne Dobish (Membership Chair) and Biljana Spirovski (Research Chair). We appreciate their hard work and many years of service to CAPhO on the Executive. They will both be missed!!!Read more

CAPhO members have agreed to acclaim Philip Shaheen as the new President-Elect with an overwhelming majority.

Congratulations to Philip Shaheen on his new position at CAPhO!

Philip will assume the postion of President-Elect at the CAPhO Annual General Meeting on April 16th during the CAPhO Conference while the current President-Elect, Mark Pasetka, will assume the postion of President.Read more

FCAPhO stands for “Fellow of the Canadian Association of Pharmacy in Oncology.” These six letters represent excellence in the practice of oncology pharmacy in Canada. The first Fellows will be announced at the AGM during the CAPhO Conference 2016, occurring April 14 – 17 in Niagara Falls.
