Register Now
CAPhO members - log into your online profile through the website, which will take you to your personal dashboard where you can register for the Conference and Workshop under the Registration Centre.
Member registration fees are available to those who have been an active member for at least 14 months prior to the dates of the CAPhO Conference

Registration Fees
Registration fees are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and subject to 15% Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) for the in-person events and to 5% GST or 13% or 15% HST, based on the province or territory you reside in, for the Virtual Conference.
Early Bird rates are available until Wednesday, February 21, 2024. Registrants who pay their registration fee after Wednesday, February 21, 2024 will be charged the regular registration fees.
You have the option of registering for the In Person or Virtual Conference, as well as for Oral Chemotherapy Management (OCM) Workshop (In Person attendance only). The registration fees for each event are below.

Full Virtual Conference registration fees include admission to:
- The Conference online platform
- Plenary Sessions
- CAPhO Annual General Meeting
- CAPhO Town Hall Meeting
- One Concurrent Session in each Concurrent Block
- Ability to ask questions to speakers through Q&A chat
- Gamification
Daily attendance is available on Saturday or Sunday and includes Educational Sessions and Food and Beverage functions on the day of attendance except the CAPhO East Coast Kitchen Party on Saturday.
CAPhO East Coast Kitchen Party tickets for guests, daily registrants and sponsors are available at the cost of $95 (excluding 15% Harmonized Sales Tax) per person and can be purchased during the online registration process (subject to availability).
Methods of Payment
Debit and Credit Card
If paying by debit or credit card, CAD Assn Oncology Ph or CAPhO will appear as the vendor on your credit card statement. The confirmation email is your payment receipt.
Cheque
If you are paying by cheque, include CAPhO 2024 and the name of the registrant(s) on the cheque and make the cheque payable to Sea to Sky Meeting Management Inc. Payment is due in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and must be drawn from a Canadian bank. The payment address will be included on the invoice that is sent to the email address provided in your registration upon completion of the registration. A receipt will be sent by email once payment has been received.
Cancellation, Refund and Substitution Policy
Conference and East Coast Kitchen Party
Refunds for Conference registrations and East Coast Kitchen Party guest tickets are available until Wednesday, February 21, 2024, and are subject to a cancellation administration fee of $100 per registration and $50 per ticket. As of Thursday, February 22, 2024, no refunds will be provided, however substitutions can be made until midnight PDT on Friday, April 5, 2024.
There are no refunds for cancellations; however, substitutions can be made until midnight PDT on Friday, April 5, 2024.
Registration Deadlines
- Early Bird and Poster Presenter Registration: Wednesday, February 21, 2024.
- Online Registration Closes: Friday, April 5, 2024
- Onsite Registration Opens: Wednesday, April 11, 2024 in Moncton

Insurance and Liability
Participants take part in the CAPhO Conference at their own risk and need to make their own health and travel insurance arrangements.
