CAPhO Hybrid Conference 2024

Conference Accredited

CAPhO Hybrid Conference 2024 plenary and concurrent sessions are accredited for 8.61 CEUs. The maximum amount of attainable CEUs is 4.59. Both in person and virtual participants are eligible to claim CEU's.

OCM Workshop Accredited

Additionally, the Oral Chemotherapy Management (OCM) Workshop has been accredited for 4 CEUs.

Letter of Participation

A letter of participation will be provided after the Conference and upon completion of the evaluation, which will be sent post Conference. Live attendance in the accredited sessions is required to receive the letter of participation.
