Welcome Reception

The Welcome Reception takes place on Friday, April 12 in the evening amongst the exhibits and posters in the Exhibit and Poster Hall. Come and meet the Conference sponsors, poster presenters and many of your peers in a casual atmosphere! All Conference participants are welcome to attend. Participation is included in your registration fee. 

Networking Lunch

The Networking Lunch takes place on Saturday, April 13 in the Exhibit and Poster Hall. Enjoy a buffet lunch and meet the Conference sponsors, poster presenters and your peers. All Conference participants are welcome to attend. Participation is included in your registration fee.

CAPhO Dinner

The CAPhO Dinner takes place in the evening of Saturday, April 13 at the Tide & Boar Gastropub, a 1 minute walk from the Marriott Moncton.  The Tide & Boar is an award-winning pub named one of Canada's Top 50 restaurants by Mclean’s Magazine. Following dinner CAPhO is bringing back the Merimac band who provided such an amazing show at CAPhO 2019 in Halifax. One of the most sought-after bands in the Maritimes, Merimac will get our “kitchen party” started so bring your dancing shoes! Participation is included in most registration fees.
