About the Author: Irina Rajakumar
Irina Rajakumar completed her Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy at the University of Toronto, and a Year 1 Hospital Pharmacy Residency at the London Health Sciences Centre. Since then, she has practiced in both Hematology/Oncology and Infectious Diseases and Antimicrobial Stewardship, gaining Board Certification in Infectious Diseases in 2018. Currently, she is a pharmacy clinical practice leader and a Year 2 Infectious Disease and Antimicrobial Stewardship Pharmacy Residency Coordinator in Alberta Health Services.
