If you are not a member of CAPhO, join the association to be eligible for a significant registration discount. 

Registration Fees

Registration fees are listed below and quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD). The fees below exclude the applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) or Harmonized Sales Tax (HST), depending on which province or territory you live in. Registration fees are determined by when payment is received, and not by date of registration.

CAPhO Member registration fees are available to those who have paid 2017 or 2018 CAPhO membership. Registrations will be verified and the difference will be charged if a registrant does not qualify for the members’ rate.
Non-Member registration fees do not include membership to CAPhO. You need to be a member in 2017 or 2018 in order to qualify for the member registration rate - join CAPhO now. 
Registration fees include:
  • Access to the online live event on January 20, 2018
  • Access to recorded presentations after the event
  • Resources provided by the speakers 
  • Letter of participation for CCCEP accreditation if live event is attended.
  • The chance to win a $2,000 travel grant (including reimbursement for a paid registration) to the CAPhO Conference 2018!. To be eligible for the draw you need to be a pharmacy technician, a member of CAPhO and have participated in OFDTech18 on January 20, 2018. 

Payment, Confirmation and Receipt

All payments are due in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Fees are subject to the applicable GST or HST, depending on which province or territory you live in. Early Bird rates are available until Monday, January 15, 2018 at midnight PST. As of Tuesday, January 16, 2018 regular rates will apply. Registration fees are determined by when payment is received, not by date of registration.
A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided in your registration upon completion of the online registration. 

Cancellation and Substitution Policy

There are no refunds for cancellations, however substitutions can be made until noon PST on Friday, January 19, 2018. Substitution requests must be received in writing by Sea to Sky Meeting Management at No refunds will be issued for substitutions.

Technology Requirements

The event will be hosted completely online. In order for you to participate you will need to have access to a computer or device with an internet connection, audio capabilities and an updated version of Flash.
