We are delighted to have you register for the National Oncology Pharmacy Symposium 2010 to be held from October 15 - 17 at The Fairmont Winnipeg in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

Registration Rates and Deadlines
Early Bird Rate up until September 10, 2010
CAPhO Members Early Bird Rate $150
Non-Members Early Bird Rate including Membership $250
Regular Rate as of September 11, 2010
CAPhO Members Regular Rate $199
Non-Members Regular Rate including Membership $299
Registration fees include admission to:

- Saturday Evening Social Event
- Industry Sponsored Symposia
The Non-Member Registration Fees include a membership to CAPhO until December 31, 2010, however if you do not wish to become a member please advise Katrina Sutela via email at nops@seatoskymeetings.com. Please note that the Non-Member Registration Fee remains the same regardless.
Log back into your Registration
If you have already registered for NOPS 2010, you may log back into the Registration System to make a change or purchase additional Saturday Evening Social Event tickets. Click here to be redirected to the CAPhO Members page, where you can re-enter your Registration.
Payment, Confirmation and Receipt
The registration fee is determined by when payment is received, not by the date of registration.
The Early Bird Registration Rate will expire at midnight on Friday, September 10, 2010. As of Saturday, September 11, 2010 Regular Rates will apply. Online registration closes on October 6, 2010.
A confirmation email will be sent shortly after you register. If you submit payment by credit card a receipt will be included. If you wish to pay by cheque, an invoice will be sent to you via email. Once payment has been received a receipt will be sent.
Cheque Payment (applicable pre-conference)
If you are paying by cheque, please include the name of the registrant on the cheque and make the cheque payable to “NOPS 2010 c/o Sea to Sky Meeting Management Inc.” Please see the payment address at the bottom of this page. Funds are due in Canadian Dollars and must be drawn from a Canadian Bank.
Credit Card Payment - Visa and MasterCard (applicable prior to the Conference and onsite)
If paying by credit card, Sea to Sky Meeting Management Inc. will appear as the vendor on your credit card statement.
Cancellation, Refund and Substitution Policy
Refunds are available until September 10, 2010 and are subject to a cancellation administration fee of $100 per person. As of September 11, 2010, no refunds will be provided, however substitutions can be made until October 6, 2010. All cancellations or substitution requests must be received in writing by Sea to Sky Meeting Management at nops@seatoskymeetings.com.
