Online registration for the National Oncology Pharmacy Symposium 2008 is now closed.

Registration may be available on-site on a limited first come, first served basis at the Hyatt Regency Calgary Hotel located at 700 Center Street SE. Please note the Saturday Night Western Dinner is SOLD OUT.

The onsite registration hours are as follows and the registration desk is located on the third level of the Hyatt Regency Calgary Hotel in Grand Foyer #3. The registration desk will be open during the following times:

  • Friday, October 17 - 06:30 – 19:00
  • Saturday, October 18 - 06:00 – 18:00
  • Sunday, October 19 - 06:00 – 13:00

ONSITE REGISTRATION RATES

CAPhO Members Regular: $199
Non-Members Regular + Membership: $299

Registration fees include admission to the educational sessions on October 18th and 19th, two continental breakfasts, one networking luncheon, one networking reception, one ticket to the social event, annual general meeting, exhibits and poster display. The sponsored satellite symposia held on October 17th, 18th and 19th are complimentary.
