We are pleased to offer eight platinum
symposia in conjunction with the conference. These sessions are five sessions
on Friday, October 13th, one session on Saturday, October 14th and two sessions

Posters - Deadline Extended until

The poster display was an overwhelming
success in 2005. CAPhO invites you to submit your poster abstract for the 2006
poster display. The deadline for poster submission is September 16th, 2006 at
16:00 PST. Presenters will be contacted by email the week of September 25th,
2006 at 16:00 PST. The set up for the poster display begins Friday, October
13th, 2006 at noon until 19:00 EST. All posters must be on display at this time
to qualify for judging. There will be three awards presented this year for the
poster component of the conference. For more information on abstract submission

CANCELLATION AND SUBSTITUTION
POLICY
Cancellations with refund are accepted
up to September 15, 2006 and will be subject to an administration fee of $50.00
per person. As of September 16, 2006 there will be no refunds for cancellation.
Name changes are permitted until October 10, 2006. As of October 11, 2006
replacement delegates must register onsite. All cancellation requests must be
received in writing to Sea to Sky Meeting Management Inc.
