The Hotel booking terms and conditions are:
- The rate is valid three days prior to, during and three days after NOPS 2012 and is subject to availability.
- All cancellations made less than 12 hours prior to arrival will be charged one night room and taxes to the credit card provided for room guarantee. No show reservations will be charged one night’s room & tax charge.
