Please Note Proposed Bylaw Changes:
Present Bylaw:
Active Members are persons with health related professional qualifications who support the objectives of and pay fees to the Association.
Corporate Members are corporations who support the objectives and pay fees to the Association.
All other proposed categories are additions to Membership 7.1.1
The Bylaw Revisions will be included on the agenda for vote at the CAPhO AGM
October 24, 2009, in Ottawa.
