Registration Fees

Registration fees are listed below and quoted in Canadian Dollars ($ CAD). Registration fees are determined by when payment is received, and not by date of registration.

CAPhO Member registration fees are available to those who have paid 2016 CAPhO membership and renew their membership in 2017. CAPhO Member registrations will be verified and the difference will be charged if a registrant does not qualify for the member's rate. 

Non-Member registration fees do not include membership to CAPhO. You need to be a member in 2016 and 2017 in order to qualify for the member registration rate. 

Full Conference registration fees include admission to:
Daily attendance is available on Saturday or Sunday and includes scientific sessions and food and beverage functions on the day of attendance except the Dinner Event on Saturday.
 
Saturday Dinner Event tickets for guests, daily registrants and sponsors are available at the cost of $79 per person and can be purchased during the online registration process (subject to availability).
 

Payment, Confirmation and Receipt

All payments are due in Canadian Dollars ($ CAD). Early Bird rates are available until Monday, February 27, 2017 at midnight PST. As of Tuesday, February 28, 2017 regular rates will apply. Registration fees are determined by when payment is received, not by date of registration.
 
A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided in your registration upon completion of the online registration. 
 
Methods of Payment
Cheque
If you are paying by cheque, include CAPhO 2017 and the name of the registrant(s) on the cheque and make the cheque payable to Sea to Sky Meeting Management Inc. Funds are due in Canadian Dollars and must be drawn from a Canadian bank. The payment address will be included on the invoice that is sent to the email address provided in your registration upon completion of the registration. A receipt will be sent by email once payment has been received.
 
Credit Card: MasterCard and Visa
If paying by credit card, Sea to Sky Meeting Management Ltd. will appear as the vendor on your credit card statement. The confirmation email is your payment receipt.
 

Cancellation, Refund and Substitution Policy

Refunds are available until Monday, February 27, 2017 and are subject to a cancellation administration fee of $100 per person. As of Tuesday, February 28, 2017, no refunds will be provided, however substitutions can be made until Monday, April 17, 2017. All cancellations or substitution requests must be received in writing by Sea to Sky Meeting Management at conference@capho.org. Substitutions must be made at an equal or lesser registration category. No refunds will be issued for substitutions.

Dietary Requirements
Please specify any dietary requirements during the registration process so that we can make arrangements in advance for your registered food and beverage events.
 
Wheelchair Access and Special Assistance
If you require special assistance please specify your requirements during the registration process.
 
Insurance and Liability
Participants take part in the CAPhO Conference at their own risk and need to make their own health and travel insurance arrangements.
 

Attendance Justification

Would you like to attend the CAPhO Conference 2017 (CAPhO 2017) but funding is not available?

A guide has been prepared that will help you garner the support you need by offering practical strategies to justify the expense of attending the Conference.
